- Keep a vase of fresh or dried lavender on your bedside table.
- Fill a small fabric pouch with dried lavender, and tuck it under your pillow. Replace it when the scent fades.
- On laundry day, put some dried lavender into a small zippered pillowcase, and toss it into the dryer with your bed linens.
- Pour cooled, strong lavender tea into a plastic spray bottle, and spritz your pillowcase and sheets. (Allow them to dry before hitting the sack.)
