Easy Product Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with any Baker's Best® Health Product you order from us. So all of our FREE 21-Day Trials are backed by our No Obligation To Buy Guarantee.

If, after trying the product, you decide to return it, simply give us a call at 1-800-720-0099 for further instructions, and/or ship your returned product to the address below. Customers who return a product within the Risk-Free 21-Day Trial Period (by the Payment Due date on the invoice that arrived with the product) are eligible for a prepaid return label.

Q. How do I return a product?

Q. Why do I get so many invoices?

A. We send out invoices if we have not yet received your payment or any other notification from you because we want to give you plenty of opportunity to make your payment(s).

Q. Can I pay an invoice online?

A. Yes, you can. All you need to do is follow our fast and easy Online Payment procedure. A few clicks, and you're done.

Q. I have already paid my invoice. Why am I still getting bills?

A. When we send an invoice for a product you have ordered, we allow 4 weeks to pass before we send a follow up reminder invoice. Sometimes, we receive your payment just after we have already sent the follow up invoice. If you have already made your payment and receive another invoice afterwards, you can simply ignore it or write "paid" or "returned" on the invoice, return it to us, and we'll take care of the rest.
