How does Smart Ship work?

When you place an order for a product online that's offered with our Smart Ship Service*, you don't need to reorder the product again. You will receive subsequent product shipments at the same price at regular intervals, based on the quantity you purchased today. Delivery and billing are repeated at the same intervals until you cancel the Service.

Per our No Obligation To Buy Guarantee, if your order includes our exclusive Smart Ship Service, you'll continue to enjoy the benefits and convenience of automatic home delivery. That way, you never have to worry about running out, and you'll continue to receive a fresh supply of this product at the regular price and frequency stated in your offer (or less frequently if you prefer). If you return any shipment by the Payment Due date on the enclosed bill, the order will be cancelled, and you'll owe nothing. Plus, you can return any shipment, or adjust or cancel the Smart Ship Service by contacting our Customer Service Dept. by calling 1-800-720-0099, M-F, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. ET, or writing to Customer Service, P.O. How often do I receive shipments?
The frequency of shipments is initially determined by your order quantity, but it is completely customizable. You can customize your shipment frequency and shipping address, or delay your next shipment (before it has been sent) by clicking here.

Am I under any obligation to continue the Service?
No, the Service is completely RISK FREE. You can return any shipment, or adjust or cancel the Service at any time online by clicking here , or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-720-0099 M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET.  You will not receive or be billed for any future shipments.
