We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied, please return the product within 90 days and you'll owe nothing. We will refund (or credit your credit card) the value of the merchandise you return.
To return an unopened product carton, simply mark it “Return to Sender” and give the package to your postal carrier.
If the carton has been opened, you may return the product using a postage-paid return label. Repackage the product, then click here to fill out and print your label. Please type your unique Order Number in the Merchant Information box on the return label page.
Need help finding your Order Number? It can be found in the upper right hand corner of your invoice (see example below).
Be sure to include your invoice in the package so we can properly credit your account. Please note that it may take four to six weeks for us to receive the product and process your return.
