1/2 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of blueberries

1 cup of fat-free strawberry yogurt
1 cup of sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 whole strawberry
In a blender, combine the yogurt, sliced strawberries, and thyme. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and garnish with the whole strawberry. Have a sip of strawberry heaven. (Yield: 1 serving.)
