I enjoy spending time outside just as much as the next gal—or guy. But I sure don’t enjoy the aches and pains that sometimes go along with outdoor fun. So at the end of a long day filled with hiking, biking, or just plain goofing around, I like to reward myself by sinking into a tub filled with hot water and a dose of this luxurious bath oil. Here’s how you can mix up a batch of your own:
Combine 2 cups of milk, 1 cup of salt, 1 cup of honey, and ¼ cup of baking soda in a large bowl. Fill your tub with water, pour in the mixture, and then add ½ cup of baby oil. Ease into the tub, and feel your fatigue melt away.
If you’d like to add fragrance to your bath, consider lavender. It’s lovely and a wonderful restorative for the soul. It relaxes and calms, and makes stress melt away.
