The next time you feel your stress level rising, take it sitting down—in a bathtub filled with this calming combo.
Mix all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. When it’s time to unwind, add ½ cup of the mixture to hot bathwater, sink into the tub, and relax. Store the remaining blend in an airtight container at room temperature. (The recipe makes enough for about 12 baths.)
*Geranium, jasmine, lavender, orange, and vanilla are all good stress-busting choices.
