Our Smart Ship Service is a simple
and convenient way to make sure you never run out of Baker's Best®
Health Products. It's risk-free and allows you to enjoy the benefits of these products
on a schedule that meets your needs.
How does Smart Ship work?
When you place an order for a product online that's offered with our Smart Ship
Service, you don't need to reorder the product again. You will receive a 10% discount
on the bill for your first product shipment, and then receive subsequent product
shipments at the regular price every other month, or on a schedule that you can
customize to meet your individual needs. Delivery and billing are repeated at the
same intervals until you cancel the Service.
Am I under any obligation
to continue the Service?
No, the Service is completely risk-free. You may cancel the Service at any time
online by clicking here, or by
calling Customer Service at 1-800-720-0099 M-F, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, or by
writing to Customer Service, P.O. Box 2099, Wixom, MI 48393. You will
not receive or be billed for any future shipments.
How do I customize my Smart
Shipments?
You can customize your shipment frequency and shipping address, delay your next
shipment (before it has been sent), or cancel the service by clicking on the Update
Account link below.
How do I return a Smart Ship
product?
If, for any reason, you're not 100% satisfied with the product, simply follow the
Easy Product Return instructions you'll find by
clicking here. That's all there is to it!
