5 Natural Techniques Help Dial Down High Blood Pressure

Try downing 2 tablespoons daily for two months, and then have your blood pressure rechecked. If your numbers go down, ask your doctor about cutting down your drug dosage, too.
  4. Take a Dip—Just be sure it’s guacamole, since avocado is packed with potassium, a mineral that helps keep all the other minerals in balance and is vital for lowering blood pressure.
