March Came in Like a Lion, So Treat Your Skin Like a Lamb
The frigid temps of early March combined with dry skin can make your entire face feel raw and irritated. To take the sting out of windburn, try these tips:
- Warm up slowly. It’s natural to rub your skin when you’re cold, but the friction will make it more vulnerable to irritation. The next time you come in out of the cold, don’t rub your face; just let it warm up naturally.
- Clean it well. You know that gritty feeling you notice when you come in out of the wind? It’s from windborne particles of sand and dust that can abrade your skin, making the irritation worse. So gently wash your face, arms, and other exposed areas as soon as you come indoors.
- Moisturize. A soothing cream will replenish all the moisture that the wind sucked out.
There’s no better moisturizing cream available today than Baker’s Best “Dream Cream.” It’ll soothe your skin and uncover a radiant, youthful glow.
