Grab That Garlic!

Garlic is one small herb that’s got a big reputation for curing whatever ails you. So whip up this amazing appetizer; the recipe couldn’t be any easier, and it’ll impress even the pickiest of eaters.

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Remove the outer skin from 2 garlic bulbs, and cut 1/4 to 1/2 inch off the top of each bulb, exposing the individual cloves. Drizzle each bulb with 1 to 2 teaspoons of olive oil, and season them with a little salt and pepper. Wrap them in aluminum foil, and bake for 1 hour or until tender. To serve, simply use a cocktail fork or your fingers to squeeze out the cloves, and eat them as-is, or slather them on fresh bread or crackers.
