Berry Good Smoothie


If you’ve got the blues, and you feel like you’re yawning and nodding off all day long, it’s time to take action. Choosing the right foods and changing the way you eat will boost your energy levels—big time—no matter what season! So trade in the sugary snacks and sodas for a delicious (and nutritious) drink like this Blueberry Breeze. After just a few sips, you’ll feel energized and ready to take on the day. Here’s how to make it:
Place 2 cups of frozen blueberries, 1 cup of pineapple/orange juice blend, 1 cup of fat-free plain yogurt, and 2 teaspoons of sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth, then add 6 ice cubes, and give it another whirl. Pour it into a glass, sip, and get moving!
